MLB 2008 World Series betting

MLB World series Game 2 has just finished and we are tied 1-1.  Tampa Bay Rays won 4-2 over Philadelphia Phillies making this 2008 World Series betting even more interesting.  The Rays were the betting favorites from the beginning of the MLB final series, the World Series odds showed back then a slightly advantage of -115 over the Phillies.

If you already missed the first two games, you can still bet online on World Series game 3 or any other game ahead in the series.  For World Series game 3 the two teams are travelling to Philadelphia, the next World Series schedule will be held on October 25th at 8:00 pm. Matt Garza, the ALCS MVP  hero of game 7 vs Red Sox Boston is going to pitch against  Jamie Moyer one of the older pitcher to ever throws strikes in a MLB World Series.

After reviewing our World Series odds, the Rays are favorites again in game 3, they are playing good baseball, even they are not hitting too much, their pitching staff is excellent and their defense is above average.  Phillies pitching has been not bad, but I think veteran Jamie Moyer is not going to stop Rays’ offensive.  Here are the World Series game 3 odds:

If the Rays win game one at Philly, baseball online odds will change dramatically, and I think that will it for the Phillies.  For this 2008 World Series betting we like Tampa Bay Rays in 6.
