NFL Week 15 Picks!

Week 15 in the NFL kicks off tommorrow night and the playoff picture is beginning to come together. Some teams are still fighting for the wildcard spots, which should make some games very interesting this week. It is time to go toe to toe on the gridiron and pick the winning teams for Week 15.

Thursday Night Football December 13, 2012

The Cincinnati Bengals at the Philadelphia Eagles

The Bengals are 7-6 and are trying to keep up with the Steelers in contention for a wildcard spot in the AFC. They lost last week to the Cowboys 20-19. Their offense has managed 24.7 points per game and their defense has given up 21.5. The Eagles have struggled this year and are 4-9 on the season. They won last week over Tampa Bay 23-21. Their offense has been on vacation scoring only 18.5 points per game. Their defense is just as bad and has given up 26.2. The Bengals are favored by 4 in this one. I like the Bengals here too by 7.

Sunday December 16, 2012

The New York Giants at the Altanta Falcons

The Giants are 8-5 and lead the NFC East by a game. They destroyed the Saints last week 52-27. The Giants have put up 28.7 points per game, which ranks them 3rd in the NFL. Their defense has given up 20.8, which ranks them at 8th. The Falcons are 11-2 and have clinched the NFC South. They lost last week to the Panthers 30-20. Their offense has scored 25.9 points per game and their defense has allowed 19.9, which is ranked 5th in the league. The Falcons are favored by 1 but they have not showed me anything as of late. I like the Giants by 3.

The Pittsburgh Steelers at the Dallas Cowboys

The Steelers are 7-6 on the season and fell last week to the Chargers 34-24. Their offense has put up 21.4 points per game and thier defense has allowed 20.3. Their defense is #1 in the NFL. The Steelers hope that Big Ben's second week back from a rib injury will prove fruitful in this must win game in Texas. The Cowboys are 7-6 as well and tied with the Redskins for 2nd place in the NFC East. This is a must win for the Cowboys as well who beat the Bengals last week 20-19. The Cowboys offense has put up 23.1 points per game and their defense has allowed 24.2.  The Steelers are favored by 2 and I like them to win this one by 3.

This is a fun time of the year for NFL fans as teams scramble for the playoffs. Here are the rest of my picks for Week 15:

Packers over the Bears by 7
Buccaneers over the Saints by 3
Rams over the Vikings by 6
Redskins over the Browns by 3
Dolphins over the Jaguars by 7
Broncos over the Ravens by 10
Colts over the Texans by 4
Panthers over Chargers by 5
Seahawks over Bills by 10
Lions over the Cardinals by 8
Chiefs over the Raiders by 3
Patriots over the 49ers by 10 on Sunday Night
Jets over the Titans by 3 on Monday Night

These are picks you can bet on. Until we meet again may your betting be better and remember to always be a good sport.
