Rafael Nadal

Rafael Nadal, the world #3 eliminated world #15 Kevin Anderson 7-5, 6-1, 6-4 and if feeling much better as he enters the final 8. His opponent in the Quarter-Finals will be world #7 Tomas Berdych.

Andy Murray

Andy Murray, world #6 rolled into the Quarter-Finals by rolling past world #11 Grigor Dimitov 6-4, 6-7, (5-7) 6-3, 7-5. Murray has made his way to the Australian Open Quarter-Finals 6 years in a row. His will face Australian Nick Kyrgio in the Quarter-Final match.

Kei Nishikori

Kei Nishikori is the world #5. He sent world #9 David Ferrer packing 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 to move onto the Quarter-Finals. He will face the defending champion of last years Australian Open, world #4 Stan Wawrinka, in the Quarter-Finals.

Other Australian Open News

In other news both Williams sisters, Venus and Serena, will be moving onto the Quarter-Finals in the women's tournament. Maria Sharapova, who defeated Peng Shuai 6-3, 6-0, will be moving into the final 8 as well. She will meet Eugenie Bouchard in the Quarter-Final match.

The Final Word

The best tennis players in the world are playing very well going into the Quarter-Finals. The only one missing is Roger Federer who was eliminated earlier. It is hard to bet against Djokovic or Wawrinka not going all the way, but Nadal is regaining form and Raonic and Nishikori look sharp. The Quarter-Finals at the 2015 Australian Open should be very exciting.
