He did lose 3 games early in the match, but he rebounded with flare and swept through Rogerio Dutra Silva 6-2, 6-1, 6-0. In a mere 92 minutes Nadal, the Spaniard set as the second seed behind Novak Djokovic in the tournament, moved onto the 3rd round.
